SLEEPY HOLLOW FARM

A number of members have asked me "When are we returning to Charlie’s place?" Well, ‘tis this June and dates, choices and directions are appended below in the usual fashion. Charlie is due off ship at the end of May so should be there too. Any members with transport problems, please let me know and we’ll liaise to arrange lifts for you.

The details you need are:

VENUE: Sleepy Hollow Farm, Nr Callington. The farm is situated off the A390, between Callington and Gunnislake. There is a large brown sign indicating the turning. If you are coming from the Callington end, there is a roundabout with an Industrial Estate on your left and you bear slightly right, carrying on up the A390, for around 2 miles. Be aware, it is not the first turning signed Harrowbarrow. The turning is then signed and you turn right. Obviously it is on your left if coming from Gunnislake. There is a large car park and the extension we saw as footings last time is now fully open, doubling the seating area.

DATE: SATURDAY 7 June 2008. 1200 for drinks and lunch at 1300 hours.
